3/20/2012 · There are a handful of places on Earth that cannot support human settlement. One of these places is Antarctica. It is far too cold and desolate for people to thrive there.
The first reason why people are not allowed to do in-depth, independent research and exploration in Antarctica is because it is the actual location of the lost civilization of Atlantis, formerly called Atala.
Apart from a couple of settlements Antarctica doesn’t have people living there in the normal sense of the word. And there are good reasons why . 3/19/2017 · In my previous high octane speculations about all this Antarctimania I’ve suggested that there might be four basic reasons for all this interest (1) they had need to conduct secret negotiations with someone and where better to do it than balmy Antarctica , where access is strictly controlled or (2) they had found something down there, of an extraterrestrial nature, either life or technology or both.
As long as the tribe was gathering surplus food for the people in the settlement , someone eventually wondered, why should they not bring a bit extra in case of hard times, such as drought, floods or war. The settlement thus acquired an economic role to store extra supply of food.
